Our raw Chondrus Crispus comes either dried in the shade or sunkissed. Sunkissed means it has been dried in the sun, causing a colour change from dark purple/green to light brown/gold.
As our Irish Sea moss is wild/ocean harvested and authentic, in its raw state you may find small shells, molluscs and other crustaceans, therefore please clean thoroughly before use.
Storage: Keep sealed and store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Best used within 6 months.
